Cantori announces that on 28th July 2015 the assembly of Cantori s.r.l. was held at the office of the Notary Andrea Scoccianti of Osimo, which approved the increase of the share capital from the previous € 23.400,00 to the current € 900,000.00.
This increase represents a natural and necessary evolution following the important results obtained in recent years, lays the foundation for a more dynamic and solid growth in compliance with the development plans and ensures customers, suppliers and collaborators greater benefits in terms of quality, competitiveness , long-term solidity and continuity in the social values that have always distinguished the Cantori group.
